CNC Programmer I

This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.What''s in it For You:* You will join a growing company offering competitive pay and benefits* Access to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology* Opportunity for a long term, advanced career path* A culture that values safety first, including training and personal protectionWhat You Will Do:* Reviews current systems and develops solutions to system bugs.* Works with more senior developers to understand customer needs and systems analysis; develops code to address the needs; develop testing protocols for the system upgrade.* Works with the user to ensure that all testing is executed as planned; documents user findings and develops solutions.* Assists with the planning of change management, including release planning, training materials, and user communication.* Maintains or upgrades existing systems, including coding, testing, and release.* Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.* Maintains confidentiality of all matters.* Other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:* Four year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business or related field, or equivalent education and/or petencies, Skills, and Knowledge:Required* Good oral and written communication skills.* Good analytical skills.* Good organizational and time management skills.* Strong computer skills.Physical Demands:* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly, and 100 lbs occasionally.* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.* The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.* The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.* Employee is required to occasionally walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.* Employee must be able to regularly bend, stoop, crawl, lay down, twist and push.* Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.About ChampionXChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
