Join us and our 18,150 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.WHAT WE OFFERThis position provides expertise in a specific planning function, and is accountable for the detailed daily, monthly, and quarterly production, inventory, and raw material planning as well as yearly plans for budgeting the South Charleston (SCH) PMPO assets.Major Responsibilities* Accountable for the detailed daily, monthly, and quarterly production, blending, intermediates, and raw material planning as well as rough cut plans for 1 year budgeting for the SCH PMPO assets.* Accountable for planning, ordering, and monitoring PMPO raw material and stock transfer deliveries and inventories and completing any SAP transactions to meet production schedule* Responsible for managing finished goods inventories and adjusting production to meet customer demand and business goals for minimum inventory and working capital.* Responsible for daily outbound order management tracking and order exception management working closely with supply chain.* Responsibility for SAP or any systems used for production master data of production planning* Responsible for monthly physical inventory reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods with accounting.* Responsible for developing storage tank logistics plans for efficient operations and updating as necessary.* Responsible for the coordination of DSMI (off-spec) disposition to maximize value returned* Functions as liaison between production and supply chain to meet shipping and raw material requirements including preloading.* Position is responsible for reporting near hits and incidents and leading investigation in area of responsibility or as assigned in production.* Position provides back-up coverage for PET planning and scheduling and PMPO daily operations as assigned.* Responsible for compliance with safety, environmental, and plant procedures and KPIs as assigned.* Interfaces with production, supply chain, integrated planning, and procurement to manage production schedule changes as needed. Independently develops alternative solutions for solving variable problems that cross multiple key integration areas* Develops and recommends solutions to problems and leads the resolution implementation with internal approvalWHAT YOU OFFERBasic Qualifications* Bachelor/Science Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Operations Management or similar field plus 2 years'' experience or 10+ years equivalent experience in logistics, production planning or manufacturing setting.* The position holder must be capable of certifying in the Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling modules.* Ability to provide off-hours and share in coverage for weekend support is a must.Preferred Qualifications* Ability to understand unit process, and logistics capability, PMPO knowledge preferred.LI-AD1YOUR APPLICATIONAre you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
