Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: * Implement a disciplined and comprehensive program management approach for the Client''s Transformational efforts. * This approach should provide governance, program structure, oversight, standardization, and insight to include: facilitation events, issue and risk identification, mitigation and tracking; quality control; metrics; integrated schedule; communication; and change management. * Provide expert advice, assistance, guidance or counsel in support of Client activities. * This includes Process Deep Dives (PDD), studies, analyses and documentation. * Areas of support may include organizational assessments, evaluations, training strategic business, and action planning, technology and business best practices used in industry and government, technology prototyping and implementation, systems alignment and program audits, which could include an independent assessment of how a particular government program operates. * Present/brief project plans to Government Program Manager and all necessary boards, as directed by the Contract Officer Technical Representative (COTR). * Attend meetings to plan and consult on project and program status. Agendas shall be provided and minutes delivered at conclusion of every session with action items recorded. * Coordinate with the Customer to capture and document status of individual projects into a larger program plan and provide system integration across various projects. * Capture knowledge from all other activities and projects across the other Tasks. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline * At least 5+ years of experience with Process Improvement and Transformational efforts * At least lean six sigma greenbelt, blackbelt preferred * Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years providing consulting services within the intelligence community * Expertise in the use of various computer (hardware and software) and peripheral packages/devices to include Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional version, tableau. * Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders * Ability to effectively problem solve * This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI level with polygraph. You must be a US citizen.
