The Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is the nation''s risk advisor. CISA is at the heart of mobilizing a collective defense as it leads the nation''s efforts to understand and manage risk to our critical infrastructure. CISA is building the national capacity to defend against cyber-attacks and works with the federal government to provide cybersecurity tools, incident response services, and assessment capabilities to safeguard the '.gov'' networks that support the essential operations of partner departments and agencies. to defend against today''s threats and collaborate to build a more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future. CISA conducts extensive, support and promotes the ability of emergency response providers and relevant government officials to continue to communicate in the event of a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disasters. National Cybersecurity Protection System (NCPS): End-to-end "system-of-systems" encompassing the hardware, software, and other components procured to support the National Cybersecurity Division (NCSD) Mission 24x7 system operation to sustain US-CERT mission COOP facility and infrastructure for sustained mission support Improved system availability and reliability. The Evolving architecture to achieve DHS objectives to "protect, defend and reduce the vulnerabilities of Federal Executive Branch civilian networks" include: * Strong domain knowledge and expertise in one or more technical areas within the work requirements (cyber security, network architecture, Agile/DevSecOps software development methodology, network operations, security operations, infrastructure, IT Service Desk, etc.).* Expertise is far-reaching* Relied upon to Provide leadership and guidance for technical service delivery on numerous projects.* Relied upon for Decision-making and domain knowledge serve to provide critical direction and impact on project implementations.* Relied upon for SME Interactions include Senior Government and Program Leadership and other personnel as technical experts.* The Super SME is a recognized industry expert in the designated field* Operator tools* Prevention capabilities* System improvements* Improved interfaces* Shift to more real-time, enterprise-level, standards-based architectureWHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON: Providing Network Monitoring/Service Desk Program Manager SME support across DHS, Directorates, and Agencies. Brief Description of the Work: * Network Monitoring/Service Desk Program Manager SMEs.* Expertise in the migration and delivery of the full range of cloud services (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)* Data & Process Orchestration to improve analyst effectiveness and efficiency* Perform the activities of configuration and system operations (mainframe, mini, or client/server based, etc.)* Perform system capacity analysis and planning, optimization, system operations, and resource utilization* Aid users in accessing and using business systems; responsibilities include Windows Administrators, SharePoint Administrators, VM Ware Administrators, and other Tools Administrator positions.Required Skills: * Providing Network Monitoring/Service Desk* Program Manager SME support* Data & Process Orchestration to improve analyst effectiveness and efficiency* Perform the activities of configuration and system op* Service NowDesired Skills: * Providing Network Monitoring/Service Desk Program Manager SME support Global InfoTek, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
