Sr. Project Manager (Architecture) - The Summit Club

Discovery Land Co. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support the Architecture and Design operations at the Summit Club. The ideal candidate will lead and execute various residential and commercial projects throughout all phases of design and construction administration. This individual will manage a team and oversee the day to day operations while driving project timeline objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will work in a cross functional capacity and liaise key information between the design team and internal entities along with managing ongoing communication with outside vendors and third party consultants. Key Responsibilities Develop project schedules and coordination meeting requirements for successful project completion. Manage team of Project Managers to produce internal and front facing documents and exhibits in concert with Sales Team/ Member requests.Mentor architectural staff and assist in professional development.Perform field work and routine site visits to ensure successful implementation of designs and details, routinely meeting with construction managers and superintendents to discuss practical execution. Attend routine meetings with Senior Design Manager to coordinate project scheduling. Work tightly with Interior Design team to ensure that all disciplines remain coordinated. Attend progress walks with Members over the course of construction as requested. Evaluate designs and proposed designs for brand standard compliance Maintain a QAA program for the Construction Documents. Oversee its proper use and documentation of use. Manage Landscape approval process with Vice President of Development and Landscape Team.Assist with:Creation and management of ''Request for Proposal''Creation of project schedules and project programmingReviewing proposals and evaluation of costsSkills and Qualifications Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in field applicable to position and applicable work experience. Preference given to licensed Architects Procore Certification or Procore competency At least 15 years working history applicable to position. Strong preference to candidates with luxury residential construction experience; commercial experience and Team Leadership. Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Bluebeam Revu.
