Job DescriptionUI/UX Developer (Dynamics 365 Custom Application User Portals Developer) Anywhere, US Consulting Engagement (possibility for FTE Conversion) Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a strong UI/UX Designer and Software Developer who''s capable of coming in and helping their team to build custom application user portals for their enterprise help desk/service desk ticketing and case management related needs. They will be helping them to take on any/all UI/UX related project needs for moving their Service Desk system to Dynamics 365. Need someone who''s able to work from a UI/UX perspective ondeveloping, creating, and modifying user interfaces through an understanding of end-user needs. Job Responsibilities: Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers business problem/goals Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required Minimum of 2-4 years experience required in developing custom application portals for end users Experience in software design and development (for Power Apps / Microsoft PowerApps) Experience in professional UI development Experience with data-driven UI development Strong communications skills are an absolute MUST-HAVE as this person will be leading projects individually (from end to end) but will be required to interact with stakeholders in various business areas to understand needs, user experience issues, etc. Should have phenomenal problem solving skills Nice to Have''s/Bonuses: Strong Software Development experience in either:Python or Java, but these are nice to have''s) - provided by Dice
