More information about Spectrum Enterprise can be found at .Highlights:As the Director of Performance Analytics, you provide management and strategic direction for the enterprise sales reporting initiatives including the metric selection, aggregation, analysis, interpretation and publication of information. You guide senior leaders through detailed reporting and analysis of sales, client and products for the Spectrum Enterprise segment. You lead a team that leverages MicroStrategy-based business intelligence (BI) environment and high-quality data mining and data visualization tools to surveil performance across all geographies and segments.You excel at analyzing and providing insights to business initiatives while monitoring client sales growth. You track key point indicators (KPIs) such as module penetration rates, sell-in and average revenue per client. You standardize and develop targets with Sales Enablement that results in a stronger overall Sales performance. You recruit and develop top talent with enhanced training that improves efficiency and provides the best possible client service. You thrive in an office environment interacting with teams via in-person and digitally and travel as needed. You report directly to the Senior Director of Sales Planning & Activities for goals and guidance.Position benefits:* Competitive salary with a long-term incentive plan.* 100% company match 401(k) up to 6%.* Pretax childcare spending account.* Paid holidays, vacation days, personal days and sick days.* Employee discount on Spectrum services where available.What you will do:* Encourage company-wide success through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.* Inform leadership by reporting and analyzing client and product performance metrics for the Spectrum Enterprise segment.* Drive decisions around sales channels by measuring performance, including tracking of KPIs related to channel effectiveness and quality.* Develop intra-month projections for client and product activities.* Build and maintain reporting and analysis capabilities to monitor sales productivity growth performance by business segment, market and competitive areas.* Use sophisticated analytic approaches and techniques to estimate sales yields by measuring the performance of large, multi-channel campaigns.* Present custom reporting on business performance to Sales leadership teams and senior executive team as needed to achieve company objectives.Required keys for success:* Eight or more years of business experience working within a marketing, sales, business intelligence or strategic planning function of a large organization with an established reputation for measuring business performance.* Proficient with Salesforce, MicroStrategy, Cell and Tableau.* Hands-on experience developing and distributing business performance reporting on a regular cycle.* History of managing large, complex projects.* Track record of success in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited oversight.* Aptitude for analysis of business trends and performance measurement from basic trend analysis to linear and multivariate regression techniques.* Confident when developing and facilitating presentations with complex data and intelligence.* Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.* Proven ability to attract, develop and manage a team.* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.* Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.Your education:* Bachelor''s degree in marketing, management, finance, statistics or economics, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).* Master''s degree in business administration (preferred).MAN720 320817-3 320817BRGet to Know Us Charter Communications is known in the United States by our Spectrum brands, including: Spectrum Internet®, TV, Mobile and Voice, Spectrum Networks, Spectrum Enterprise and Spectrum Reach.
