More information about Spectrum Enterprise can be found at .Highlights:As the Manager of Campaign Operations, you exceed client expectations by cross-functionally managing multiple marketing automation functions through the entire client life cycle process. You accelerate growth by supervising marketing campaigns, lead generation, marketing operations and analytics, marketing technologies, client life cycle management, brand and content. You ensure success by facilitating and managing test cycles from inception through implementation.You propel business through the development of enticing strategic multi-channel campaigns and promoting marketing throughout the organization. You grow and develop sales and revenue through client acquisition campaign development for the enterprise portfolio. You have an aptitude for assembling and guiding high-performing marketing teams. You excel at managing your team in an office environment while guiding marketing campaigns across the organization. You report to the Senior Manager of Process of Delivery & Support of Marketing Operations for goals, guidance and assistance.Position benefits:* Competitive salary with bonus.* Health, vision and dental insurance.* 100% company match 401(k) up to 6%.* Company funded retirement accumulation plan for an additional 3%.* Education assistance.* Pretax childcare spending account.* Paid holidays, vacation days, personal days and sick days.* Employee discount on spectrum services where available.What you will do:* Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to enhance and simplify the client experience.* Be the empowering leader of marketing programs for all products and offers by leading a group of cross-functional marketing professionals through the full campaign lifecycle, managing marketing campaigns, lead generation, operations and analytics, marketing technologies, brand and content and test cycles from inception through implementation.* Initiate the campaign development cycle by collaborating with business leaders to determine target strategies and schedules while ensuring a successful cycle through support of client acquisition.* Coordinate and implement enterprise-wide marketing campaigns through collaboration with internal teams and outside advertising agencies.* Expand industry knowledge by communicating with internal and external marketing and sales groups, industry subject matter experts (SMEs) and other experts.* Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.* Manage marketing tools and budgets, monthly accruals, contract renewals and acquisitions to ensure effective and accurate new marketing automation tools and products.* Attract and develop high-quality talent by guiding, training and providing effective coaching.* Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.Required keys for success:* Five or more years of marketing experience.* Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working with a sense of urgency.* Deadline-driven with the ability to manage all phases of a large project independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* History of working with all levels of an organization while showing sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.* Expert at making recommendations and managing and fostering change.* Track record of analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations.* Confident when presenting complex information at the executive level.* Solid attention to detail balanced with a focus on the client using honesty, integrity and ethics.* Hands-on experience with Smartheets or other project management (PM) systems.* In-depth knowledge of Eloqua, Marketo or similar marketing automation.* Knowledge of Salesforce or other client relationship management (CRM) platforms.* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.* Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.How you will stand out from the crowd:* Expert in B2B marketing strategy, marketing technology, platforms and project management.* History of developing, implementing and managing marketing programs and campaigns.* In-depth understanding of marketing operational domains, such as demand generation, market sizing, segmentation, marketing automation, lead management and digital marketing.* Knowledge of marketing technologies such CRM, marketing automation, databases, web CMS and analytics platforms.* Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve strategies based on key learnings.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of an organization.* Solid prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues while working under pressure.Your education:* Bachelor''s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).* PMI or Scrum Master certification (preferred).* Master''s degree in business administration (preferred).MGN350 309074-3 309074BRGet to Know Us Charter Communications is known in the United States by our Spectrum brands, including: Spectrum Internet®, TV, Mobile and Voice, Spectrum Networks, Spectrum Enterprise and Spectrum Reach.
