Registered Nurse - RN $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Home Health & Private Duty Nursing Care Compensation:$27to $35hourly BrightStar Care of Mobile and Baldwin is looking for compassionate, hard-working, and reliable nurses to care for our clients in the Mobile County and Baldwin County areas.The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and is proactive regarding patient care. We are looking for someone who has experience providing skilled nursing in a home care setting, however, home care experience is not required. What We Offer our Registered Nurses (RN): * Medical, Dental, Vision. * 401(k) matching program. * PTO for full-time eligible employees. * Weekly pay w/direct deposit. * Employee referral bonus in addition to a $5,000 sign-on bonus. * 24/7 RN oversight. * Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts Expected Registered Nurse - RN Responsibilities: * Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking. * Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes. * Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment. Required from the Registered Nurse - RN: * Unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state where care is being provided. * A minimum of 6 months of documented nursing experience * Reliable car/auto insurance/valid driver''s license. * Recent Chest X-ray or TB skin test. * Satisfactory drug screen. * Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations. * Adheres to HIPAA and maintains client confidentiality. * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
