Position Overview: The Director of Account Management is responsible for overseeing and directing a team of account managers within BerganKDV''s Business Advisory solution. This person will implement short and long terms strategies for building client relationships, generate new business and drive revenue growth with existing and new BerganKDV clients. The Director of Account Management will be responsible for establishing team and individual performance goals, as well as tracking and managing performance as needed. Responsibilities: Oversee the work of direct reports and be responsible for personnel actions including hiring, training, performance management, and termination Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department in collaboration with the Business Advisory Solution Leader Serve as the lead point of contact for all managed clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships Collaborate with sales and solution leaders to ensure the client is served appropriately Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services Gain a deep understanding of the client''s needs as well as expectations of service and partnership Develop understanding of cross functional services available companywide that will deliver the most appropriate products or services Demonstrate effective communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients Prepares sales forecast and budget for area of responsibility, reporting up to senior management annual/quarterly basis or as requested Maintain up to date with industry, economic and environmental trends impacting business Qualifications: A bachelor''s degree in business, technology, communications, or related field Experience or familiarity with the various products and solutions offered across the firm Understanding or experience working and cultivating relationships with several verticals across an organization 10 years of client service experience with a record of high achievement Previous experience with management of others preferred Strong network with solid personal brand in current industry / market preferred EXPLORE THE WORKPLACE OF THE FUTURE BerganKDV is a leading professional services firm with a contagious culture; where growth is fostered and making a difference means something.
