Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN license in the state of VA or compact required.Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessing planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care and provides for the emotional physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.At Riverside Convalescent Center in Saluda, comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services are provided in a delightful homelike environment. Spacious private and semi-private rooms are richly appointed with close proximity to the central nursing station. This 60-bed long term care facility is located on the Middle Peninsula in Virginia.
