Project Billing Specialist

The Project Billing Specialist position is responsible responsible for assisting with projects accounting, monthly close, and general ledger analysis. As the Project Billing Specialist, YOU WILL: Verify Conditional and Final Lien Waiver Requests of projects. Projects setup, cost/revenue budgets setup, and Billing projects. COI Request through Risk Management. Serve as the Main Liaison with the Manila Account Receivables team. Scan Check Deposits and Bank Verifications. Month End COGS and KPI Reporting. Semi-Monthly Customer Freight Costs manual projects entry. Manual RMA cost transfers and processing. Open Project Report; identify which projects can be closed-manually close them in Oracle Post consignment inventory processing (Industrios). Create necessary adjusting entries to clear variances and research variances. Assist with business P&L Reviews. Annual new fiscal year bucket projects set ups. Annual Sales and franchise taxes Accounting and Sales Tax projects as assigned. WHO YOU ARE: You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You learn to streamline processes and cut out redundancy Flexible Work Schedule Remote Work Option and Core Hours This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Associates degree. General Ledger Knowledge Basic knowledge of accounting with proficient skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook. Experience with Project Accounting a plus .Strong communication skills, detail oriented, strong analytical organizational and multi-tasking skills.
