This role is considered hybrid, which means you''ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned marketing director to lead our fund''s marketing strategy, messaging, and global campaign execution for Broadridge. This is a meaningful growth driver for the company and a unique opportunity to play a key role in an important market segment.Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing for Asset Management, you will work closely with sales and business leaders to refine the marketing strategy and drive alignment around the messaging and go-to-market plans. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of corporate marketing, regional marketers, inside sales, and product and account management teams to implement programs flawlessly across markets and channels. You will drive segment-level marketing programs that help our key product lines - regulatory communications, marketing communications, and data and analytics, to drive engagement and demand generation using multiple channels including; search, digital display, e-mail, social marketing, PR, events, and sales terested candidates must have global marketing leadership and asset management industry experience - either from an asset management firm or a Fintech provider. We are looking for an all-around thoroughbred - an excellent storyteller with a digital marketing and data-driven mindset.Responsibilities:* Lead the development of the global fund marketing strategy aligned to business and sales goals and manage an associated budget.* Champion the voice of the customer with a relentless focus on the customer journey across our platforms* Develop a cohesive message that builds our reputation as the leading authority for the fund''s industry in key areas such as data and analytics, regulatory compliance, and communications.* Build and implement high-impact marketing campaigns that drive demand for our products and services.* Deploy an appropriate mix of digital-first marketing tactics to deliver consistent and sustained marketing messages that reach the target audience in each market. Advance our influencer, PR, and events strategy.* Create scalable campaign structures that fuel the sales pipeline* Elevate our brand in the minds of asset managers through high-impact events and thought leadership programs.* Embrace a performance marketing culture and optimize the lead generation funnel* Measure and report on the impact of marketing activities to maximize ROI. Understand the impact from marketing and guide spend optimization decisions.Qualifications* University BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred* B2B marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in a financial service and/or tech company. Significant asset management industry marketing is required, ideally from a fund or asset manager or professional services provider to the industry.* Global mindset with proven international marketing expertise* Deep understanding of the asset management industry.* Understanding of industry buyer needs and macro level trends* Experienced B2B global marketer with enterprise marketing and ideally ABM marketing experience.* Ability to understand business needs, audience insights and translate into actionable marketing strategy.* Strong project management skills.
