As a Product Support Specialist, you will own the resolution to all technical requests, internally working as the client advocate to escalate defects to development when necessary. As a SME to our clients, you will provide training on new product and features. Internally you will help our teams understand the clients needs and participate in testing of new features to confirm that they are adding value and meeting the clients requirements. Our Product Support professionals are an integral part of both our teams and our clients.Essential Job Functions:Client point of contact for user support, application configuration and product administrationResearches and validates issues to provide a resolution, keeping the client updated through the processParticipates applications testingWork with clients and internal teams to delivery new features and implement enhancements and product training and custom configuration demonstrationsWorks with clients to understand their system specification and requirementsCreate Specifications (Findings, Extensions, Enhancements), Documentation (User Guides, Release Notes, Configurations)Such other activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/Requirements:Experience providing Technical Product Support for Enterprise Applications (cloud applications +)Client Centric approach, with a focus on problem resolutionExperience supporting new feature implementation and configurationStrong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and advanced excel reportingExhibits ability to learn and apply new skillsIdentifies and resolves problems in a timely manner gathering and analyzing information skillfully5+ years related experienced strongly preferredBachelor''s Degree or Certification a plus +++This position is available in US Remote locations as detailed in SitusAMCs Telecommuting policy.This position is not available in the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, WYNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive.
