Back-End Developer with Security Clearance

RGi is looking for a talented Software Engineer that is passionate about technology and who is motived to help drive our customers'' and company mission forward. This individual will be a key member of a software development team translating real-world needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and able to balance simultaneous tasks while delivering quality results. Responsibilities * Work in collaboration to enhance the analysis system leveraging proprietary capabilities.* Collaborate on the design, development, testing and integration.* Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to mission problems* Develop and implement software enhancements to mission systems in other Government agencies Qualifications * Bachelor''s degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent* Professional experience in software development (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) Demonstrated experience with the following: * Using rapid prototyping and Agile based software development methodologies* Developing with modern languages such as: Python, Ruby, Clojure, Java, Javascript, etc.* Using Java-based technologies to develop enterprise systems* Integrating multiple applications* Developing innovative analytical solutions to build scalable solutions to mission problems* Incorporating knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic* Writing or contributing to end user instructions or manuals* Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work and activities of developer personnel* Research and development on the progression of ideas to production systems Desired Skills * Understanding of machine learning concepts* Understanding of web application development concepts* Security+ Certification Experience with one or more of the following: * Development in microservice based architectures* Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, SciPy, NumPy, Pandas* AWS APIs* Linux Administration* NiFi automation* PCAP* Continuous integration and software CM processes / tools (Subversion, GIT, JIRA, Confluence)* Building DevOps pipelines for enterprise systems* AWS Certification (Developer, DevOps and/or, Architect, etc.) Clearance * U.S. Citizenship required Who We Are Reinventing Geospatial, Inc.
