Business Financial Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0140017 Business Financial AnalystKey Role: Assist the program manager with the management of research and development projects within a Department of Defense program. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed. Basic Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience with managing programs in a DoD environment * 1+ years of experience managing the finances in a defense program * Experience with developing programs, analyzing budgets, creating schedules, and tracking financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures * Experience with managing schedule, budget, and program risks in a fast-paced environment * Experience with new program acquisition, solicitations, and contracting actions * Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience working with a DoD agency * 1+ years of experience with analyzing budgets for R&D programs * Experience with providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs * Experience in working with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial system * Experience with generating Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) or Purchase Request (PR) documents * Experience in working with Advanced Research Project Agencies, including DARPA, ARPA-e, and IARPA * Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
