Firmware Validation Engineer

OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Firmware Validation Engineer. This is a Senior Level and onsite role. Come join a growing company and Leader in the Finance and Information Systems Industries.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities include the following:• Implementing test cases using python and C.• Designing test suites that leverage internal frameworks and APIs• Configuring hardware and firmware, assessing test results by capturing signals.• Configurating and monitoring Jenkins CI Server.• Using Atlassian Suite, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.• Collaborating with SSD Validation and Development team members on test requirements.Required skills include the following:• Moderate to strong python and C programming.• Familiarity with python and C test frameworks. For example: pytest, cunit.• Ability to implement firmware test cases.• Quality Assurance mindset. Test design and implementation must be of high quality.• Experience with Linux operating systems.• Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with fellow engineers.Additional skills include the following:• Setup of Linux system for use as test hosts and servers.• Familiarity with SMBUART/NVME-MI communication protocols.• Experience with logic analyzers.• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.Why OTSI...
