We are always searching for new and talented people who share our values and are dedicated to the continued success of this company.We are seeking a Project Manager for our Nashville, TN office, who is a well-organized and detail oriented individual, capable of scheduling and performing multiple tasks simultaneously while managing projects to completion.Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget, and schedule Review contracts for scope and contract value accuracyResponsible for all project documentation and communicationParticipate in bid turnover meeting from estimatingReview GC job specific requirementsResponsible for all project financials and cost managementSecure bonds, permits, local licenses or corporate letters of guarantee as requiredCoordinate and manage project deliveries and manpowerMonitor labor productivityCoordinate and procure all necessary rental equipment and job trailersReview all shop drawings and 3D models for accuracyPromote and coordinate prefabricationAssist with estimating and budgeting on as-needed basisReport project progress and financials to upper managementAssist with collections as neededReview and approve project costsPrepare and submit all required close out documentsEducation, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications Degree in related field preferredMinimum 5 years of Project Management experienceExperience on commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects including healthcare, medical gas, educational, institutional, military and others Experience managing projects over 1 million dollars preferredExperienced with project cost to complete, project financials and project close outs OSHA 10/30 Hour preferred but not requiredAdditional Requirements: Requires mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
