Do you value having personal connections with those you work with?If so, please Apply HereTitle: Assistant to Care ManagerJob Description: The Assistant to Care Manager is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a "best in home care" experience for clients and employees. Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Scheduling appropriate caregivers with clients, performs various supervisory activities for caregivers, completes new client introductions for caregivers, periodically run errands for caregivers working in the field, and monitoring clock in/outs as needed. Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Personable, easy-going, team player with high standards and a sense of humorBe available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.Valid Washington Driver''s License and insuranceAnswers telephone, takes inquiries or messages using excellent telephone techniqueAbility to pass criminal background check & pre-employment drug screening requirementsRead, write, speak, and understand English fluently as needed for the jobExcellent customer service skills and the ability to ensure all client and employee needs are met in a timely manner
