The Carpenter Health Network is building an exceptional team to navigate a full post-acute care continuum!We are hiring a Clinical Liaison (RN/LPN/PT/PTA) to serve as Post-Acute Placement Specialists for the Baton Rouge, LA area.The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.An excellent compensation package is being offered to the selected candidate including competitive base salary, health, and dental insurance, accrued PTO, retirement plans (401-k) and an opportunity to grow!Experience/Skills:* Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA.* Management experience preferred* Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.* Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.* Talented in networking with referral sources* Experience in developing Marketing plan for hospital.Requirements:* Clinical discipline with current license in good standing* 2 or more years of clinical experience required* Post-Acute care experience preferred* Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft 365 Office.* Knowledge of hospital data bases* Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.* Current valid LA Drivers LicenseExceptional People providing Exceptional Care.Dont let this extraordinary opportunity pass you by!TCHN
