Centrum Surgery Center is seeking a PRN RN OR Circulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, driven, and a team player!RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages and coordinates the care of the surgical patient in a safe, effective, efficient and timely mannerPrepares the room by setting up both sterile and non-sterile supplies prior to the patient entering the surgical suiteEnsures that the sterile field is not compromised during the procedureAssists the surgeon during and after the surgical procedure to provide optimal care for the patientEnsures that the surgical room is sterile and safe for the patientREQUIREMENTS:Graduate of an accredited School of NursingRegistered Nurse (active and unencumbered license) in the State of TexasMinimum of 5 years previous Intra-Operative Care Experience requiredBLS and ACLS requiredOrtho/Spine Experience preferred.Willingness to Cross-train to Pre-Op/PACUAbout Centrum Surgery CenterCentrum Surgery Center is an Ambulatory Surgical Center in San Antonio, Texas, and provides outpatient services for General Surgery, Interventional pain Management, Orthopedic Surgery, and more.
