Ensure all needed repairs are properly identified to eliminate supplements and minimize cycle time.Utilize expertise to ensure that repairs are completed swiftly, to the highest standard of quality, and in a safe manner.Participates in all required staff meetings daily and ongoing training as assigned.Operate a variety of highline specialty tools (e.g. mig and pulse welders, self-piercing riveting guns, aluminum and steel dent fix stations etc.)Comply with all safety rules, OEM guidelines and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleanliness of workspace.BENEFITS:Competitive payWeekly Paychecks/Bonus PayTransfer Between Markets401K with company matchMedical/Vision/Dental Insurance*Sign On Bonuses*
