Route Service Representative

Trillium Drivers is looking for LEADERS who have great Customer Service skills, Inventory Control and the ability to work dedicated routes for a very large company in Phoenix. These Route Service Representatives will work in the Pantry division and will cover different customers who stock their break rooms with pre-paid snacks and food for their employees... This representative will deliver these goods utilizing a 26ft box truck and stock the break rooms with these products. There is a great 2 to 3 week paid training program for new employees. You will settle into your own route with the same customers each day and each week. This is an excellent opportunity to make a career. Monday thru Friday start time between 3:00 and 4:00am. Pay is $20/hr with OT after 40 hours per week. 40-50 hours per week depending on your route. After training and probationary period 90-120 days you will be evaluated for a possible raise in hourly pay depending on how well you have been doing. You must be detail oriented, reliable, trustworthy, excited to learn, able to lift and move product such as cases of soda, water, snacks etc. with a two wheeler. This person will spend most of their time out in the field away from the office, they will load their truck at times, they may pull some (not all) product for their routes, and they will manage inventory on their truck and for their customers.
