In both the public and private sectors our teams help identify, solve, mitigate, and manage critical environmental issues to help clients achieve a more sustainable future.The Air Force Program Manager leads all aspects of winning and building a Federal Contract/Program focused on U.S. Air Force environmental and infrastructure programs worldwide. Key requirements include the administration and execution to ensure project requirements are met and completed on time and within budget for Architect-Engineering services, Environmental Remediation, Environmental Compliance, Water/Wastewater, and select Construction and Response projects. The Program Manager handles the day-to-day relationships with the client, manages the business and information reporting requirements, keeps abreast of upcoming work and positions for Weston to capture forthcoming work. Leads the capture and proposal efforts with project execution teams.Location: United States; San Antonio, TX desired but Remote will be considered for candidates with established Air Force/AFCEC relationships. Targeted travel within the client AOR required for engagement with client, industry, and project teams.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Bachelor''s degree from an accredited school (STEM preferred) plus a minimum of 10 years'' experience (Federal Program Management; 7 years'' environmental remediation and construction program experience.Knowledge of Air Force programs and facilities and/or DoD construction or remediation experience with experience managing projects in remote and/or austere environments is desirableExperience demonstrating a progressive increase in supervisory accountability and authority for projects, programs, people, budgets.Experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager for Air Force or other DOD executing agencies delivering HTRW investigation, remediation services, or construction related services CONUS and OCONUS.Professional Registration and/or Certifications required (engineer, architect, or discipline related to construction). In lieu of Professional Registration, a Master''s degree from an accredited school in a technical field such as engineering, architecture, construction management or other related field including a Masters of Business Administration or Engineering Management. Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, codes, and guidance.Expected Outcomes:Develops and maintains a strong client relationship.
