Corporate Accounting Manager

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has strong experience leading others and is ready to progress their career with a Company experiencing a high volume of growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of approximately 3-4 Staff Accountants in the execution of month end processes to ensure accurate financial results related to the Company''s owned and leased golf courses through timely and accurate posting of journal entries, analysis, reporting, and account reconciliations.Support the operations teams in the preparation of the annual budgets and periodic forecasting process, and other internal reporting needs including cash flow forecastingAssist in the identification and implementation of new systems and tools as well as improvements in the design and use of our existing systems to create efficiency and improved accuracy in our teract with Finance leadership to provide meaningful reporting and analysis related to our Owned and Leased Asset Division on a monthly and ad hoc basis.Assist in the execution of our annual consolidated financial statement audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and footnotes to the financial statements.Provide support to Controllership, Tax and FP&A related to various other accounting projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Accounting (CPA a plus); and at least 5-7 years of experience working in a fast-paced, corporate accounting environment with at least 3 years of managerial experienceAbility to manage competing deadlines and function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong inter-personal and communication skills a mustFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 a plusExperience participating in and testing ERP system enhancements or implementations a plus
