Their mission is to build the most powerful platform connecting small businesses to vendors of every kind, starting with cafe-centric food products. We already power the distribution of supplies for tens of thousands of cafes, making it as easy as ordering things overnight. The Shop Front Pod has the added focus to create the most innovative shopping experience for Cafe Owners. We are looking for a Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for a broad range of technologies that deliver value to our users. They work across multiple levels of our tech stack and are constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of what it means to interact with our products. Kafka for our asynchronous message queue GraphQL Federation to enable API composition React for our frontend web applications Kubernetes and Docker to run our applications AWS for our infrastructure Concourse/ArgoCD for our CI/CD Terraform to enable infrastructure as code How you''ll make an impact: You want to have an enormous impact within an organization and in the wider world. You like to understand ''the why'' and ''for who'' in order to critically think about what to do. You have a strong desire to own and solve complex problems. You primarily want to be an IC in a rapidly growing company with room to grow. You like working with design and product folks as well as engineers. You have strong UX and aesthetic sensibilities. About you: 8+ years of software development experience building highly scalable front-end SaaS or mobile applications. Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, and React. Typescript and GraphQL are a plus. Have successfully led development efforts of high complexity and scope (spanning up to a year). Have worked on e-commerce or community applications at scale. Ability to influence and mentor others. Leading by influence and example.
