In extenuating circumstances, CVCA may choose to approve a waiver for medical or religious reasons.Role Type: Full-timeWork Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, typically daytime hours. Schedule is somewhat flexible.Work Setting: Primary work location is CVCA''s New Covenant office in Mount Airy, Philadelphia. Clinical Supervisors also spend time at the schools we serve and in the surrounding community.Essential Job Functions: Provide weekly clinical supervision to Mobile Therapists, Behavioral Consultants, and Behavioral Health Technicians.Coach clinical staff to establish appropriate goals for children, identify effective interventions, modify treatment plans to meet individual needs, etc.Directly observe the provision of services as required to ensure quality and compliance.Review staff notes weekly and provide direction regarding the quality of clinical documentation.Work with case managers to ensure that clinicians complete authorization paperwork on time.Ensure the adequacy of discharge plans and transition services.Conduct treatment team meetings.Act as a resource for the child, family, and treatment team in crisis terview and hire clinical staff.Conduct clinical orientation for new staff.QualificationsRole Requirements: Must hold one of the following professional licenses in Pennsylvania (required):PsychologistProfessional Counselor (LPC)Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Master''s degree in a relevant subject area (required)1+ years of full-time postgraduate experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults (required)Previous supervisory experience (strongly preferred)EOE
