The focus of this role is on improving existing products and applications by adding features, finding and eliminating bugs, and improving efficiency. The SDA will also assist in developing new software solutions for the Department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including: commitment to integrity, knowledge / quality of work, supporting financial goals of the company, initiative / motivation, cooperation / relationships, problem analysis / discretion, accomplishing goals through organization, positive oral / written communication skills, leadership abilities, commitment to Affirmative Action, reliability / dependability, flexibility and ownership / accountability of actions taken.Designs, plans and implements cloud solutions architecture on GCP.Assists in the development of responsive cloud networks to meet user demands.Modifies software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.Responsible for adding content and maintaining website updates on program milestones and announcements.Tracks analytics and performance of webpages and communications assets.Develops new pages and supports the build-out of an office-wide web presence.Advises principals in a clear, compelling, actionable manner to advance policy objectives and communicate opportunities, risks and tradeoffs.Prepares reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.Supports coordination of follow-on actions with internal and external stakeholders to advance client objectives.Prepares and delivers artifacts on concepts.Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional data requirements.Demonstrated experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.Provides integral support in data requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation of AI/ML solution.Assists in designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security and metadata.Provides quality assurance of imported data.Trains end-users on new reports and dashboards.Uses tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports.Applies management analysis processes, statistical methods, and advanced technical and analytical techniques to determine data solutions based on AITO requirements with an IT services/solutions-based scope.Analyzes AITO operational systems and activities to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for data acquisition.Employs process improvements and reengineering methodologies and principles for AI/ML solution.Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor''s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources.
