This position will help process warranties for Ford, GM and FCA. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. We are hiring immediately!We offer:Competitive pay based on experience levelMedical Benefits401(k)Paid VacationCareer advancement opportunitiesTraining providedA positive and professional team environmentResponsibilities - Warranty AdministratorPrepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies.Pay close attention to details, accuracy, and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department receives payment.Assist each store''s Finance and Insurance Department in answering warranty submittal questions.Maintain detailed notes about warranty issuesAnswer customer inquiries about products or cancellation procedures.Enter price changes and collect paymentsProcess customer refunds within the set rules and timeline.Requirements - Warranty Administrator:Previous Experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator preferredAutomotive Experience with Ford, GM, FCA brands preferredExcellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in-personStrong computer skillsExcellent organizational/ sequencing skillsWorking knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and proceduresGeneral knowledge of product installation activitiesValid driver''s license and good driving record requiredResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.About us:We are a family business, and our motto is "Exceptional People, Exceptional Experience."
