Our company''s core focus is building relationships that last with our employees, customers, and community.What we offer: Salary: $20 - $24 per hour Full-time positionHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance plans401(k) retirement planPaid Vacation and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement!Sundays off!Summary/Objective:The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for the dealership employees and customers in accordance with company policies.Essential Functions:Cleans work areas, empties trash, and collects scrap and used materials to process in accordance with company policy and local, state, and federal regulationsPerforms routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employeesNotifies supervisor of required materials and supplies to perform dutiesCleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessaryCleans forklift and power equipmentEmpties and cleans all trash receptacles, interior, and exteriorRemoves all debris from the dealershipMaintains yard equipment and cleaning suppliesCleans oil storage tanks according to procedureDrains and disposes of used oil filters properlyRemoves and disposes of scrap materials as directedAssists Technicians with oil and water spills and with emptying drain tubsMaintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including a respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer and in accordance with company policiesComplies with all laws and regulations pertaining to working with hazardous materials.
