Work Location: Fully Remote - U.SPosition: The Digital Content Manager role will provide storytelling and content development expertise to translate complex details about Change Healthcares products and solutions into engaging short and long-form content for externally facing marketing and sales enablement materials. Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the content lead for all marketing sales enablement initiatives including video scripts, brochures, web copy, fact sheets, and sales enablement collateral.Draft compelling content, overseeing edits needed through proof editing and stakeholder reviews, and continuing to optimize future deliverables based on data and insights. Ensure all marketing sales enablement content meets brand standards and guidelines.Work with segment marketing, marketing demand operations, and the digital team to set and review KPIs.Analyze data to develop key insights that can be applied to future copy development for marketing initiatives.Take key learnings from the copywriting/review process and from data analysis/insights to optimize content templates and intake forms for all marketing sales enablement initiatives. Make improvements to marketing content on an ongoing basis.
