Join us and start doing your life''s best work.(sm) This position is responsible for providing test support for the UHC driven pharmacy initiatives. Assist in developing test plans, test cases, test execution, documenting test results, defect management, data set up etc. to support User Acceptance and End-to-end testing using applicable tools for medium to large projects. Individual in this function is also responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Your work may involve flexing into other supporting roles during Peak Season to assist other functional areas within CSI, typically occurring between September through January each year. You''ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Plan, conduct, manage, and report all aspects of assigned project work Demonstrate a functional understanding of the end-to-end pharmacy operating model Business test analyst leading the planning, configuration, and execution of User Acceptance Testing and End-to-End testing Provide timely written and/or verbal communications to critical stakeholders and management regarding key deliverables Create business requirements and process documentation as/when needed Able to function effectively in a multi-project environment with changing priorities Aid in flex assignments and other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Communications, Health Administration, related field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience 3+ years of past business testing experience involving: User Acceptance and End-to-End testing Data collection and analysis Test planning, coordination of documentation of test scenarios with SMEs and test execution Ensuring test cases trace back to requirements (RTM) Defect management and resolution Conducting written and verbal communications, including follow up on action items and/or issues Experience working with geographically dispersed teams Demonstrated solid communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work schedule and tasks Ability to work independently Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated effective decision-making skills Proven mid-level expertise in basic MS-Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proven mid-level expertise in project-specific tools such as MS Teams, Visio and SharePoint Preferred Qualifications: Health Insurance experience Operations, Regulatory or Compliance, Implementation, and / or Account Management experience Pharmacy experience Demonstrated basic knowledge of end-to-end pharmacy operating model Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
