We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future.Position summary:The Sr. Director of R&D Portfolio Management works collaboratively with the VP of R&D Portfolio and Project Management and R&D Leadership to develop, implement, and optimize portfolio processes at Bausch and Lomb. The incumbent will be responsible for building a database/system that will allow all R&D projects to be valued consistently, and provide reporting output to senior leadership as needed. She/He will be responsible for working with R&D Project Managers, Commercial Leads and Finance to gather and enter financial information for all projects at all stages of development. She/He will develop a probability of technical and regulatory success (PTRS) process based on organization and industry benchmarking to ensure consistency of how projects are prioritized and providing key input to risk adjusted project values.
