As a member of the ITI2 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation''s safety, security, and prosperity. What you''ll get to do: As the Enterprise Services Manager for the CBP ITI2 program, you will oversee a matrixed set of team members enabling us to share key skills across the engineering, deployment, and O&M task areas. * Manage and control the Enterprise Services work performed in support of Configuration Management, Release Management, Testing, Training, Hardware Engineering , Infrastructure, Warehouse and Logistics Management * Schedule and c oordinate enterprise resource requirements * M anage staff, direct work activities, and ensure high-quality of services * Work with the Executive Pr ogram M anager and E ngineering M anager to review engineering roadmaps, product initiatives, timetable s , proposals, reports, an d evaluations of achieved results. * Contribute to Basis of Estimate (BOE) and Bill of Materials (BOM) buildups * Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiency * Identif y , assess , and resolve complex business problems/issue s /risks You have: * Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to: * 3-year check for felony convictions * 1-year check for illegal drug use * 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud * 15+ years of related experience * College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems , or a related discipline. Experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
