Join our growing company and help shape the future at Omnicell!The Senior Product Manager role will report to the Director of Product Management for Central Pharmacy Automation. The selected candidate will lead the development and launch of advanced services products.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs and collaboration with subject matter expertsCollaborate with your product peers to prioritize significant problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteriaOwn the successful delivery of your roadmap and share the success of the overall portfolioEffectively identify and manage cross-team dependenciesBuild effective relationships at that matter at leadership levels of the organization with engineering, design, QA and a variety of cross-functional stakeholdersDevelop communications material, value props and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externallyDevelop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products and products in development and conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solutionCommunicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team and leadership as part of the release planning processRequired Knowledge and SkillsDrive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Omnicell Central Pharmacy Inventory Management Solution and translate such strategy into clear and measurable goals and objectives that achieve resultsServe as an internal and external expert on the acute care central pharmacy medication inventory management solution and contribute to strategy across the entire central pharmacy product lineExperience defining and/or developing offerings with recurring revenue and subscription models.Experience developing or working with people-based services, such as professional services, consulting and/or support services.Recognizes trends in business, industry and market information that reveals business opportunitiesRegularly proposes new approaches, methods, or technologies that are highly successfulExhibits customer empathy by quickly and effectively solving even the most difficult, customer problems; as a result, strengthens the relationship with the customerCoaches associate product managers, builds effective cross-functional relationships and influence priorities of other functionsProvides valuable and needed assistance, information and support to others, to build a basis for future reciprocity; makes others want to build a partnershipUses advanced analytics to guide and validate product decisionsBasic QualificationsBachelors degree5 years of Healthcare / Pharmacy experience7 years Product Management or Omnicell / Central Pharmacy Product experiencePreferred QualificationsMedication Inventory Management experienceSaaS ExperienceAdvanced services development experienceWork ConditionsRemoteUp to 20% travelTo protect our employees, partners, and customers, Omnicell requires most U.S. employees to either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or obtain approval from Omnicell for an exemption and accommodation for a medical condition or a sincerely-held religious belief or practice.CP1 LI-RemoteNothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.Omnicell will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
