Fairfield by Marriott Lewisburg is looking for aHousekeeping Supervisor to join our outstanding team!Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in the successful operation and management of the Housekeeping Department. The ideal candidate will be well-organized with strong communication skills and the ability to promote team work. Responsibilities will consist of supervising, training, inspecting and scheduling work assignments and the daily monitoring of tasks. The housekeeping supervisor will assist with cleaningto achieve optimum service to guests, as well as inspect roomsfor compliance with established cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort as per Marriott and Shaner standards.The Supervisor will also ensure all safety, security and hotel policies/procedures are observed and that areas of responsibilities (keys, linen, supply closets and storeroom) are well-maintained.
