We are searching for an experienced Software Engineer - Senior-level (Electronic Warfare) at our Middletown, RI location. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: SEACORP has immediateopenings for mid- to senior-level Software Engineers with a minimum 7 years of experienceand current DoD Secret Clearance out of its main location in Middletown, RIstarting in Q1 2022. This role will be responsible for, or act as, the technicallead for tasking, collaborate andinteract with customers and colleagues, requires creative thinking and problem-solvingabilities, as well as strong organizational and presentation skills. Thisideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills,the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and be self-motivated. Essential Capabilities: * Proficiency in C++ software development. * Experience designing software usingUnified Modeling Language (UML). * Proficiency in a Linuxdevelopment environment.* Proficiency in writing software requirements anddesign documentation. * Experience using Qt Framework,writing Software Requirements Document (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD),and experience using Data Distribution Protocol (DDS). Travel: 10% Work Environment & Physical Demands: This positions requires the following physical activities: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and looking at computer screens.
