Integration Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to remotely lead a highly visible and critical IT/Business program with multiple parallel work-streams and requires oversight and coordination of dispa*** technical teams (internal + outsourced) for 18-months. Experience with M&A projects is highly desirable, as is proven experience with Agile project delivery. This role will work closely with our Director of IT, Academic Tools and Technology Services to enhance the customer experience, drive improved business performance, and increase organizational efficiency through the consolidation of all academic programs onto a single Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS). This LMS/LCMS consolidation is an opportunity to both improve the digital teaching and learning experience and achieve efficiencies through the adoption of enterprise wide LMS and LCMS solutions while generating necessary value capture savings. A successful candidate will help deliver long-term value by transitioning all institutions onto a consolidated digital learning ecosystem, leveraging in-house expertise and fully realizing the benefits of a shared digital teaching and learning environment. Program execution supports key business objectives, ongoing operations, and will cross many academic institutions. The individual in this role will have a strong track record of delivering success technology platform consolidations and implementations and will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help communicate, organize, and manage the program to maximize the benefits for our stakeholders and institution customers. Share accountability and full ownership with technical lead to ensure program success. Communicate with senior management regarding project obstacles and propose changes to project team makeup and scope in effort to continue progress towards deliverables. Communication: Produce timely, concise, executive-level program status reports that clearly articulate project health. Ensure that risks, issues, and decisions are clearly communicated to team members and stakeholders. Tactfully and candidly address situations to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk. Change Management: Recognize the impact corpo*** culture has on the success of projects and know how to effectively work within the organization to achieve project objectives.
