Budget Analyst- PD SAI - (98) with Security Clearance

Budget Analyst Full timeAberdeen Proving Grounds Secret Clearance Responsibilities: Performs execution of Program Manager Sensors Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) budget to include RDT&E, APA, O&MA or Reimbursable. Analyzes budget requests for obligation to determine if they are in alignment with the Financial Management Regulation Guide. Analyzes PM SAI budgetary impacts of new or revised legislations, policies, or procedures. Reviews Unliquidated Obligations and provides guidance to the Program Analyst and Product Manager on where funding could be adjusted. Is familiar with the Defense Travel System and creating Lines of Accounting for travel. Has experience creating financial documents and running financial reports in systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS). Participates in year-end closing to ensure proper and full use of provided funds, with no anti-deficiency violation.
