Regal is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforcePosition Summary: Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, the Commercial Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day business activities of the global bearing business. This position is responsible for overseeing the bearing business objectives and managing a diverse team responsible for supporting bearing products and pricing globally. The Commercial Operations Manager must possess strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. He/She will be responsible for guiding the team to identify and complete share gain activities as well as leading our business unit strategy for both OEM and Aftermarket customers. This person will have a high-profile position and must be skilled at presenting to executive management as well as setting sales and customer strategies with the commercial sales team. Responsibilities: Leads commercial strategy implementation for global bearing business Manages team of product support and pricing associates within the bearing team Delivers business growth goals which include key customer growth at both OEM and Industrial Distribution Executive report outs monthly Track/ drive profitability Works with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to produce business forecasts Responsible for bearing price implementation Ensure profitability and market competitiveness of pricing activities Oversees price increase process Escalation of price deviation approvals Negotiates strategic commercial agreements with key customers Travels to support customers as needed Serves as point of escalation for customer relations issues Uses Lean Tools and Six Sigma to streamline processes and drive customer satisfaction An associate in this position must focus on customer expectations, problem prevention, and strive for rapid and effective response to issues affecting customer satisfaction when they occur Leadership Competencies: Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Experience & Skill Required: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering 7 or more years'' experience in Operations, Marketing, or Sales required Three or more years of supervisory experience is required
