Line Manager, Clinical Operations, APEX CRA (Remote)

The Line Manager, APEX CRA, is responsible for staff oversight and performance management, onboarding, training, and support throughout the APEX CRA Program. The Line Manager will work directly with staff and project teams to support progressive task assignment, workload and development to ensure on time quality delivery. This role will oversee CRA staff, primarily new graduates/new hires with less than one year of experience. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role with an attention to detail and sense of urgency required. Position is Home-Based with some travel required (about 20%). Minimum requirements: Bachelors Degree 3+ years of Senior CRA experience Management experience is preferred Systems experience, along with a diversity in Studies is highly preferred Energetic personality with the ability to bring energy to the team Engaging and dynamic LI-REMOTE
