Description of role: Our healthcare company requires a caring and compassionate Home Health Aide to work with a variety of clients in the local area. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for accompanying patients to local doctor''s appointments, assisting patients with personal care and health monitoring and helping to maintain a clean home environment for each client. Our client are located at: Port Charlotte FL, North Port FL, Englewood FL, Arcadia FL, and Punta Gorda FL, Tasks: Record home care task and duties, diet or personal living activitiesHelp with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions.Work with transportation professionals to make sure that clients who require additional assistance getting in and out of vehicles are able to safely use transportation.Deliver daily reports to the management and review any important changes in the client''s condition. Skills and Requirements: We will train no experience needed.CNA/HHA experience preferred.
