The Best Players Need the Best People.This position will have a versatile background to support business teams with internally developed applications, custom third-party applications, and off-the-shelf platforms. This includes troubleshooting problems with applications software, assisting users in the efficient use of applications, evaluating business processes, and making suggestions for technology solutions. The ability to provide clear and concise communications about technical problems or requests is a must. The successful candidate will be a member of the Technology Solutions department and will collaborate with multiple teams within the department and across the business. Knowledge of software platforms, software development life-cycle, and application programming concepts are necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems, analytics, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experienceExperience with AWS services, Atlassian platform, Smartsheet, Salesforce, SQL, PHP, Python a plusSkilled with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience supporting both front-end and back-end applicationsExperience with tech support ticketing systems and providing end-user supportStrong attention to detail, organization skills, and timeliness to meet customer expectationsExcellent communication, listening, writing, and collaboration skillsStrong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skillsCreative problem solver able to think laterally to develop technical solutions to complex problemsProject management experience with exposure to various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean, etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects and own tasks concurrentlyAble to work both independently and effectively with on-site and remote team members as necessaryTraining and related certifications are a plusResponsibilities/Duties:Subject matter expert providing end-user support for multiple applications and software platformsUndertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of application and system issuesAct as a business relationship liaison between internal clients, technology teams, and vendorsDevelop business specifications and fit/gap analysis for applications in collaboration with business partnersPerform system testing of application enhancements and fixesHelp drive process efficiencies and finding opportunities for improvementBe part of project teams to implement new applications and upgradesFunction as a product owner after projects are delivered, helping to provide training and successful adoptionDeliver custom solutions for small projects using internal tools and softwareDocument/update processes and proceduresAssist with other projects and responsibilities as required
