You''ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from select cities within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Evangelist. Gain deep understanding of customer experience, business needs, and existing internal and/or competitive products relevant to the domain Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to enhance customer experience, improve market share, and drive growth Define product strategies, identify risks and create product roadmaps for consistent messaging across teams Translate product vision and strategy into detailed requirement documents and prototypes Create buy-in for the product vision with key internal and external partners Work with multiple teams to prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Continuously evaluate metrics to ensure all activities are in line with overall product strategy Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and continuously solicit feedback to improve customer satisfaction You''ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of technical (software or hardware) product management experience managing successful product definition, market analysis, prototyping, launch, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch roadmap Experience with communicating technical product strategies with executive management Experience working with technical cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, UI/UX, Program Management, etc.) and cross-organization teams Experience working independently on technical product strategy which is not fully defined and managing complex product management scenarios. Preferred Qualifications: Master''s degree in an engineering/business field or equivalent practical experience 10+ years technical (software or hardware) product management experience Demonstratable experience in technical product management or related disciplines within the Healthcare domain Demonstratable experience in technical product management in cloud computing, data science, or applied machine learning To protect the health and safety of our workforce, patients and communities we serve, UnitedHealth Group and its affiliate companies require all employees to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status prior to beginning employment. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada residents is $174,600 to $332,200. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
