Position will be supporting Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL). Key Responsibilities: • Maintain Windows Servers, Linux Servers, VMWare ESXi environment, Windows Domain Controllers, Windows Domain Services, Switches, Routers, Firewalls and NAS/SAN Solutions • Actively participating in the design, maintenance, and configuration of the system • Ensuring proper DoD security accreditation requirements are met Minimum Qualifications: • BS degree or equivalent in computer science, BIS, engineering, or related computer field • Active CompTIA Security CE or equivalent certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8570 IAT Level II • 2 years of IT specific experience (systems administration related) • Understanding information systems security best practices and use of security tools • Strong organizational skills, quick learner, and demonstrated problem solver • Able to apply knowledge to complex, practical situations • Work well independently and as part of a team • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a wide range of internal and external customers • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Preferred Qualifications: • MS degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related computer field • Active CompTIA Security CE or equivalent certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8570 IAT Level II • 4 years of IT specific experience (systems administration related) • Experience with DoD mission operations networks • Solid Knowledge of DoD Security Requirements within classified spaces • Scripting knowledge in various languages such as PowerShell and bash • Experience with maintaining core data center services such as VMWare ESXi servers, vCenter, Windows Domain Controllers, Active Directory/LDAP, Cisco VoIP Servers, Exchange, various web servers, DNS, patching, configuration management, workstation deployment, storage and backup solutions, routing and switching, firewalls, etc. • Understanding of information systems security best practices and use of security tools such as Nessus, SCAP, and applying STIGs • Experience managing and maintaining NAS/SAN solutions • Familiarity with the ISR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) process • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly IPT Associates, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
