Communication and Consideration*Summary of Responsibilities** Draft all in-house projects* Go to job site to measure* Gather measurements of new Projects* Check over all architect plans to ensure accuracy* Ensure projects meet building codes and zoning guidelines* Using drafting software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.* Permitting* Check on availability and lead times of selections before designer presentations* Labeling all selections in showroom with item number and vendor* Pick up selections for presentations; ADAC, tile shops, and other vendors for selection pick up* Attend Design and Presentation Meetings to take notes and put in BT Daily Log* Create Mood Boards when needed* Research new resources and meet with reps to update office library* Organize samples and return to showrooms on a routine basis* Assist with Social Media weekly postings* Take content photos of showroom, action shots on job sites, design pulling selections etc* Find new sources and vendors and build relationships* Schedule photoshoots and meet photographer at client''s home for photoshoot- Pick up flowers for homeowner for shoot* 3-D rendering software knowledge a plus.*Education, Experience, and Skills Required** Strong experience in construction documentation/drafting* Strong computer skills including MS Excel, CAD, and SketchUp or similar software* Knowledge of building codes and Zoning (or willingness to learn)* Minimum 2 years experience in architectural drafting* Bachelor''s degree in Design* Minimum one year of experience in the design field preferred*Compensation* *Package** $45,000 - $65,000 annually* Health Insurance* Simple IRA* Unlimited Vacation Policy* Flexible hours* Remote working* Company Bonus based on Net profit*How to Apply** Submit a Resume and a Cover LetterWe have a formal recruiting process and have a relationship with Zephyr Connects LLC, whom we use for the screening and hiring process.
