Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Financial Analyst t o join our Program Management Office (PMO) team in Herndon, Virginia to p rovide on-site financial management and contractual support. You will work closely with the PMO as well as corporate entities to ensure accurate reporting, invoicing and timekeeping. The successful candidate must be flexible and creative in dealing with a large, fast paced contract environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Formulate budgets for multiple projects in conjunction with the PMO and Project Leads * Obtain customer approval for project budgets and estimates and communicate updates as necessary * Assist with contract related reporting and accounting activities * Conduct regular reconciliation between project budgets and actuals * Reconcile data between customer and corporate systems * Provide input for monthly and ad hoc reporting * Oversee time charging reconciliation for employees, both prime and subcontractors Basic Qualifications: * 4-6 years'' direct experience as a financial analyst * Demonstrated experience developing project budgets * Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to provide solutions and work with stakeholders in providing resolution. * Must be a self-starter and work with a clear and defined mission. * Must demonstrate ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors. * Expertise, training , and actual work experience supporting increasingly financially complex programs /contracts . * Communicates complex concepts. * BA/BS and four ( 4 ) years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 8 years. Preferred Qualifications: * 4-6 years direct knowledge of the customer''s operational environment, including * Degree in finance or related field * Experience with w orking c apital funds (WCF) * PMP® or equivalent project management certification * ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification * Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITMB Security Clearance Requirements: * Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. * Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices. * Must be able to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet. * Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. * The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
