Maintenance Technician

OverviewThis position is eligible for a $1,000 Sign on Bonus!We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our Senior Cooperative community in Bloomington, MN. This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment and grounds keeping. NO boilers license required!
