PR Admin Analyst - Oracle E-Business Suite

6757 Seeking a PR Admin Analyst with Technical & Functional Oracle E-Business Suite experience for a 6-month contract in the Aliso Village area of Los Angeles. This position may extend or convert DOE. The work schedule will be a 9/80 starting at 7:00am with every other Friday off.•The schedule is a HYBRID with 2 days in office (Monday and Tuesday). Face masks are voluntary when entering client facility. Surgical masks or higher grade are available if requested. Please note this position requires the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and employment and education verification prior to starting work. Experience expectations listed below: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable. Certification as a Certified Public Accountant is desirable. Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and (8) yrs. of relevant experience; or Master''s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and (6) yrs. of relevant experience. Extensive knowledge AR, AP, AP Imaging, iExpense, Fixed Assets Project Accounting and Grants Mgmt. Experience with month-end close and analyze transactions (regarding inter-relationship) and determine that the recording appropriate. Proficient and advance in Excel. Perform complexed governmental accounting & reporting. Ability to work in a fast pace, multitask and high stress (at times) environment. Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
