General SummaryThe Sales Operations Coordinator will manage and support all sales operation responsibilities. The position is fully integrated into the Inside Sales Department and compliments direct selling activities of sales representatives by providing value added operational sales support to the Sales Team and the Customer Base.ResponsibilitiesActs at the liaison between Sales Representative and cross-functionally in order to perform and execute sales operation responsibilities. Processes sales orders and ensures timely delivery of order acknowledgement, tracking and invoicing the customer.Manages and supports the companies Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and execution.Monitors account receivables (A/R) and ensure timely payment of any outstanding customer payments beyond 60 Days by working with customer directly or elevating to a sales representative for closure.Reports and manages sales backlog so that it is accurately reflected and on time to the customer.Elevates backlog delinquencies to the appropriate sales representative. Tracks Inventory Discrepancy Report Log (IDR) and disposition appropriately or as needed.Reports, track, and update new production business from production launch to product ship date and report status to sales representative to ensure effective customer communication.Documents and maintains customer feedback for continuous improvement of customer service.Accesses Customer Portals in order to provide logistical support to customer scheduled purchase ordersSupports e-commerce activities and processes as puts new customer account profiles and follow process to activate in both ERP and CRM municates with and engage customers in conjunction with sales representative to ensure operational actions are timely delivered to the customer.Manages all Value-Add Programs by generating burn down reports and provide to sales representative.Participates in sales meetings to understand and support sales strategy and overall objectives.Develops and fosters alignment with sales team members as needed to close sales.Generates and presents reports as directed by management.QualificationsAssociates Degree (BA or BS Degree Preferred) or equivalent work experience required. A minimum 2 years administrative service experience in a B2B service type environment.Effective and concise communication skills required including verbal, written, telephone communication and analytical skills.Must be flexible, dependable and have a willingness to learn, excel and master their position as well as assist where and when needed.Experience handling high volume of activities in a sales organization.Excellent computer skills required including: Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Business Systems Applications; Project Management; Pivot Tables and Spreadsheets.Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
